This healthy smoothie will make you want to get up every morning and start your day! Deliciously green and refreshing, it is packed full of health benefits your body will thank you for.
Green Smoothie Recipe
Handful of spinach
1 tbsp lemon juice
Handful of mint
40 ml coconut cream
1 tbsp pineapple
100ml coconut water
1 tsp ginger juice (or a small knob of ginger finely chopped)
¼ avocado
1tsp Turmeric4U
METHOD
Put all the ingredients in a blender.
Blitz until as smooth as required. You can add some ice if you want.
If you like it a little sweeter, do what my daughter, Lexi did and add some extra pineapple. Play about with it.
Drink and enjoy. This nutrient-rich green smoothie is a great way to kickstart your day and keep you going longer.
