Roasted Turmeric Chai Cauliflower Recipe

Turmeric Chai is not just for drinking. Let's use it on cauliflower!

Roasted Turmeric Chai Cauliflower | Recipes | AC Healthy Solutions
Roasted Turmeric Chai Cauliflower is a flavorful and healthy dish that combines the bold flavors of turmeric and chai.
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)

  • 2 teaspoons of CurQoneâ„¢ Turmeric Chai powder or Turmeric4u powder

  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 large cauliflowers

  • 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper


METHOD


Pre-heat your oven to 220°C.


Wash each cauliflower, chop into small florets, and place them on a large baking tray.


Mix the coconut oil, CurQoneâ„¢ Turmeric Chai powder, salt, pepper and garlic in a large bowl and then coat each cauliflower with the mixture.


Place in the oven and roast until browned and tender, 15 to 25 minutes.


Drizzle lemon juice over the cauliflower.
