Turmeric4U Smoothie Combos - Carrot, Ginger and Pineapple Smoothie Recipe

The Carrot, Ginger and Pineapple Smoothie Recipe


  • 1 large ripe banana, previously peeled, sliced and frozen (more for a sweeter smoothie)

  • 1 cup (140gm) frozen or fresh pineapple

  • ½ tsp Turmeric4U

  • ½ tbsp fresh ginger (small knob, peeled)

  • ½ cup (120ml) carrot juice

  • 1 cup (140ml) unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ juice small lemon


METHOD


  1. Add all the ingredients into the blender, blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add more carrot juice or almond milk if too thick.

  3. You can adjust the sweetness by adding more pineapple or banana.

  4. Lemon adds acidity, ginger gives more bite and Turmeric4U more warmth.


OTHER COMBOS


  1. Milk, frozen banana, 1 or 2 pitted dates, Turmeric4U..........Yummm!😋

  2. Coconut milk, banana, honey or dates, Turmeric4U

  3. Pineapple juice plus a dash of freshly squeezed lemon juice, Turmeric4U

  4. Mango, pineapple, almond milk, Turmeric4U

  5. Apple, carrot, ginger, Turmeric4U
